Guy locked his keys in truck in one of the 3 wash bays. Staff told me to move to stall 2 because it'd be awhile. They gave me free rain x and tire shine for the hassle and wait! I always walk around the whole truck with a fash light and the lead wash tech, they have absolutely no problem seeing missed spots and going back over them!!! This blue beacon is the best one around I try to go every week!!!!

The worst Blue Beacon experience I've had in 20 years. Guy couldn't remember what i wanted done. Crew that complained about the guy in front of me wanting a rewash (even though his black curtain side looked like it had zebra stripes), parts of my truck that didn't even get washed (like the back of the bunk), steaks of soap because they were in a hurry while complaining the guy in front of me wanted what he paid for rather than rinsing well, I had bugs on the windshield as I pulled out!

What a great experience! We needed our RV washed, we're from Florida and after traveling, it was time! We called and spoke with a nice young lady who explained how it works, pricing, etc. So helpful! The next day we got in line and watched the crew work on a truck and trailer ahead of us. Talk about teamwork! These folks are great! When we left I couldn't believe how beautiful our RV was, it sure was dirty! We left our Jeep toad on, they offered to wash but we declined as it's a soft top. Professional, organized and very affordable. Staff friendly and polite. An excellent first impression, thank you.

Update: I spoke with the General Manager at this location today. He apologized for the issues, and advised me what they are doing to fix it. I was able to tell he did his research prior to the call and I respect the work he put in as well as the follow up. I have updated to 3 stars for now, and after my next wash I will update to the appropriate level if I receive a quality wash. The staff was friendly and the they move efficiently but the quality of wash was terrible. They only wash what is visible. The top of my fuel tanks were barely touched and were absolutely terrible. I have had good and bad experiences here. Sometimes they are really good, and other times bugs have remained on my mirrors and grill. I will try to go back to Pride Truck Wash because I am tired of the lackluster wash jobs here.

Update* The manager Brandon Miller is the man. He went above and beyond to remedy these issues! I’d be more than happy to pay the $45 to wash my pickup truck if they would make sure it’s clean when I leave. Bugs and soap left all over the truck. Wheels were not cleaned. Paid for tire shine, they half hazardly sprayed it on about half of my each of my tires. Very disappointing. The worst thing is I was the only customer they had and they still rushed me in and out in about 3 minutes.
